SCHOLARSHIP
The College provides facilities of various Pre-Matric and Post Matric Scholarship schemes for students of classes VI to Post Graduate. The Minority Scholarships belong to student of best of Christian, Buddhist, Sikh communities etc under the office of Char Area Development, Govt of Assam, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Clam (OBC), Most Other Backward Classes (MOBC) under the office of Integrated Tribal Development Project (TTDP), Govt of Assam, National Merit Scholarship under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Dr. Ambedkar Foundation Merit Award for meritorious SC students under Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (after passing HS Final Exam ), Govt of India and BPL Meritorious Scholarship sanctioned by the Govt. of Assam from time to time.

Points to be considered when applying for Pre-and Post-Matric Scholarship
1. Students of Minority community are eligible to apply for the scholarship (Fresh & Renewal) if they secure minimum 50% marks in the last Final Examination,
2. Students are eligible to apply for the National Merit Scholarships if they secure 80% or above in the last H.S. Final Examination. To get renewal award students have to secure minimum 60% CGPA in their last UG semester exam.
3. BPL Meritorious Scholarships are meant for the students who have secured minimum 80% marks in the last H.S.L LC. Examination.
4. Only the meritorious students belonging to SC category securing minimum 80% in the last H.S. Final Examination can apply for Dr. Ambedkar Merit Award.
In addition to the above facilities, the Academy observes keenly the chances of other scholarship facilities provided by Rastriya Sanskrit Sansthan, New Delhi, for the students having Sanskrit as one of the subjects in the last H.S.L.C. Examination securing 60% and above, Ajmal Foundation Scholarships, Hojai, Moulana Azad Memorial Scholarships, and Govt of India. In all kinds of scholarships systems students have to apply online mode and the Academy authority will inform the students regarding the time of apply after the consideration of Govt. Notification.
